If you\u2019re lucky enough to have a big win, you\u2019ll need to make an appointment to come to the Oregon Lottery office in Salem. Call 503-540-1000<\/a>\u00a0for assistance.<\/p>\n Prizes can be claimed by mail and smaller prizes can also be claimed at a Lottery retailer (see below for details). We recommend sending your ticket by registered mail or<\/span><\/span>\u00a0by<\/span><\/span>\u00a0using our secure drop box at Lottery headquarters in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Salem.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Mail to: Please only send claims to the Salem office address above. Mail-in claims are not processed at the Wilsonville payment center. \u00a0<\/span>Note: Because we need your physical winning ticket, we are unable to accept claims by fax or email.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<\/div>\t\n\n \n New! For those who prefer to drop off their winning ticket, we now have a secure drop box at Oregon Lottery headquarters in Salem. Be sure to sign your ticket and includ<\/span>e it with\u00a0<\/span>a claim form<\/span>\u00a0in a single envelope when using the drop box<\/span>. Forms are stocked adjacent to the drop\u00a0<\/span>box, but<\/span>\u00a0consider downloading one in advance (link above) just in case!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<\/div>\t\n\n \n Some prizes can be claimed at Oregon Lottery retailers or through the Scoreboard app:<\/p>\n In most cases, you have up to a year to claim your prize. Some winners may opt to postpone their claim as our open hours may change over time. If you choose to delay claiming your prize, it’s especially important to sign your ticket and keep it in a safe place.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<\/div>\t\n\n \n Payments will be processed and mailed typically within 14 days. But with mailing, processing time, and staffing levels that are sometimes impacted by this year’s unique challenges, pinning down an exact timeline is difficult. Be assured that, just like you, we want to get your prize processed quickly.
